Creating an inquiry or accepting an onboarding invite means you agree to these terms. FlowLedger may update them; material changes will be signalled in-product or by email where practical.
FlowLedger Policies
These Terms of services describe the relationship between your organisation and FlowLedger Payments Pvt Ltd when you use our payment flow platform.
In effect 7 March 2026
Creating an inquiry or accepting an onboarding invite means you agree to these terms. FlowLedger may update them; material changes will be signalled in-product or by email where practical.
We provide orchestration, cashier experiences, payout tooling, and merchant verification workflows. We are not a bank. Settlement still depends on banks, UPI rails, and partner PSPs.
You must keep customer disclosures accurate, honour refunds per scheme rules, and ensure your use case is permitted. FlowLedger may request additional documents mid-lifecycle if risk signals change.
Withdrawal and refund instructions you submit are treated as authorised. Incorrect beneficiary details supplied by you may result in irreversible transfers under network rules.
We may pause new onboarding or live traffic if we detect fraud patterns, sanctions hits, or prolonged documentation gaps. We will notify the primary contact on file when safe to do so.
These terms follow Indian law. Subject to any enterprise dispute clause, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
